We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.
We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.

RETURN INFORMATION
At Domno we offer lifetime returns
For a return to be valid, we must receive the item back to our address above within 30 days of delivery for UK customers and 40 days for international customers.
You will need to cover any return shipping costs.
Any item(s) remains your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any lost items and we will not give a refund for any item which is not in the same condition as when sent.
Items are sent with swing tags, if they are removed then the refund will be void.
Sale items and discounted items over 30% are non-refundable
We aim to process refunds within a week of having received the return
Once a refund is made an email notification will be sent and the money should show in your bank/Paypal account within 5 working days
