For a return to be valid, we must receive a message requesting a refund from you within 14 days after receiving the parcel and then you have another 14 days to return it.
You will need to cover any return shipping costs.
Any item(s) remains your responsibility until we receive it and we will not give a refund for any item which is not in the same condition as when sent.
Items are sent with swing tags, if they are removed then the refund will be void.
Sale items and discounted items over 30% are non-refundable
Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
We aim to process refunds within a week of having received the return
Once a refund is made an email notification will be sent and the money should show in your bank/Paypal account within 5 working days
