Refund policy

 

At Domno we offer lifetime returns .....

For a return to be valid, we must receive the item back to our address above within 30 days of delivery for UK customers and 40 days for international customers. 

You will need to cover any return shipping costs.

Please email us at hi@domno-vintage.com with your order number and a request for a return. We'll then provide you with the return address.

Any clothing item(s) or jewellery remains your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any lost items and we will not give a refund for any item which is not in the same condition as when sent.

Clothes are sent with swing tags, if they are removed then the refund will be void. This doesn't apply to jewellery.

Sale items and discounted items over 30% are non-refundable. This doesn't apply to jewellery.

If you return only the purchased items and keep the free one from the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer for jewelry, the retained item’s regular price will be deducted from your refund. The free item’s value applies regardless of which ring was initially free. If all three are returned, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

We aim to process refunds within a week of having received the return.

Once a refund is made an email notification will be sent and the money should show in your bank/Paypal account within 5 working days
