DOMNO. Returns Policy

**Christmas Extended Returns: Purchases made 16 Nov - 24 Dec can be returned until 15 Jan. 

To request a return, please email us at hi@domno-vintage.com with your Order Number and Reason for Return, so we can provide you with the return address and any relevant details.

Return Timeframes

Returns must be sent within 30 days of fulfilment.

Return Conditions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer prepaid labels or cover return postage.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. Please note that a Royal Mail Certificate of Postage is not a tracking service.

  • Items are the customer’s responsibility until received at our warehouse. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, with swing tags still attached (for clothing items), to be eligible for a refund.

  • Sale items discounted by more than 30% are non-refundable.

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within five working days of receiving the return.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

  • Please allow up to five working days for the funds to appear in your original payment account.

Buy 2 Get 1 Free – Refund Policy

If you return two items from a "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" promotion but choose to keep the third (free) item, that item will no longer qualify as free. The full price of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

Example:
You buy three jewellery items under the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" deal:

  • Two items cost £25 each

  • The third item (free) is also valued at £25

Refund:

  • If you return all three, you’ll receive a full refund of £50.

  • If you return only the two £25 items, and keep the free item, the value of the free item (£25) will be deducted from your refund and you’ll receive £25.

  • If you return just one item, this will be treated as the free item, and you will not receive a refund.

7 Piece Bundle – Refund Policy

If you wish to return items from the 7 Piece Bundle, you will receive a refund based on the number of items returned, calculated at £10 per item (the bundle’s per-item price).

Example:

  • If you return 3 items from the bundle → refund = £30

  • If you return all 7 items → refund = £70
