SHIPPING INFORMATION
The Domno team works hard to get your package out to you as soon as possible. Although it’s not possible to give you an exact time, we work our hardest to get the items delivered asap....
We aim to ship all vintage items and jewellery within one business day and any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please allow up to 5 working days to fulfil your order if it includes a vintage mystery box.
Your tracking number is sent when your order ships and will start to work once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse and entered the postal network. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive this.
You can check extra details of your order by entering your tracking number into Global Package Tracking https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/
If your order has not reached you within the given timeframe then please message us using the contact form.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.
We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
