Where is Domno Vintage based?

Do you ship worldwide?

Indeed we do, but some destinations are trickier for us to reach than others. We use Royal Mail https://www.royalmail.com for all international orders, so check their website for your country, if you are unsure.

Are your items authentic?

Yes, all items on our website are genuine pre-worn garments. Occasionally we have a bootleg item, which we always mark as such on its product page.

Why can’t I find the item I saw on your website yesterday?

All our items are one of one, so once an item is sold, it is no longer available. That does not mean we won’t get one in stock in future. 

Do you release fresh stock every day?

We do. Each day we release a preview on our Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/domno.vintage/ then we drop the day’s heat at 6pm GMT

How do I know if an item will fit me?

We have a size guide to help you https://domno-vintage.com/pages/sizeguide-sweatshirt-size-chart, and a good tip is to measure a favourite sweatshirt to compare with the dimensions given on each product page.

How much do the items cost in my currency?

There is a currency converter on the top left-hand side of https://domno-vintage.com and the bottom left-hand side of the App: https://domno-vintage.com/pages/our-app.

How do I know my purchase has been successful?

You receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. If this does not arrive, please check your junk/spam folder in case it is there. Also, please check you gave us the correct email address with your order and email info@domno-vintage if not.  

When will my purchase arrive?

Your order should be with you in 2–3 working days (UK), 3–5 working days (Europe) and 5–7 working days (Rest of World). You will receive a tracking number in your shipping email.  Please note, deliveries can be affected by covid delays.

How can I track my order once it has left the UK?

Follow the tracking link you received in your shipping email, and once this states your package has been handed to the delivery partner, please go to the website of your national carrier, ie Anpost, Deutsche Post, Correos, Poste Italiane etc., to continue tracking your package, using the same tracking number.

Will I need to pay customs duties?

We are a UK based company, and since Britain left the EU, customs charges are sometimes incurred. Please see our customs page for more details https://domno-vintage.com/pages/shipping.

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?

Once your package has arrived back with us, we aim to process your refund within 5 working days. You will receive a refund email letting you know, with the money returning to your payment provider soon after this.
