You can also choose either to purchase a one-off box or subscribe to receive a monthly or every other monthly box. If you subscribe we are aiming to develop a real relationship with you, our customer, and come to understand your fashion preferences, so we can deliver the best vintage items for YOU.

Yes, it really is as simple as that. The subscription is where we hope to really understand what you are after – if you don’t like something, just send it back giving a few reasons and we will send replacement item(s) which better suit what you are looking for.

Transparency is crucial for us here at Domno, and that’s why we photograph and mention ANYTHING that is faulty/flawed/marked on a garment. We also launder all our clothes to ensure the item you receive smells and looks as fresh as possible.

Condition

Our Condition category is where you find details of any specific marks/stains/flaws on a garment. We go out of our way to photograph any failing, whether it be a loose thread, missing zip-pull, small mark, faulty zip or a hole. 

If you receive an item with any damage, which we did not flag up, please send a photo to hi@domno-vintage.com so we can resolve this for you. 

Quality

Our Quality category is where you can gain a clear idea as to the feel of the vintage material itself. Our rankings relate to four clear categories of vintage material types:

Fair – not good, may have signs of thinning/pilling

Good – average, not too thin but not super thick/soft either

Great – feels almost like new

Like new – feels like it's never been worn
